We ship to different locations all over the world. All you have to do is to find the right glasses that you need, place an order, make payments and leave the rest to us. Once you have placed an order through our website, it is our responsibility to ensure that you get your item within the shortest time possible. However, it might take a few days to get the package to your door step due to some unavoidable logistical issues and your location. All these will be communicated to you before your item is dispatched.

Return and Replacement

At Amycoz, we guarantee the quality of all our products. However, if you are not pleased with what you have ordered, simply contact us for replacement or return. Customers who are not happy with their eyeglasses are encouraged to request for replacement of their products in case they are damaged during transportation or they receive something they did not order. Replacement will only be issued to customers if the glasses are defective in material and workmanship. No replacement shall be done if the glasses are damaged because of negligence, improper care or accidents caused by the customer.


How many days does the shipping take?

Different shipping costs apply for different locations and delivery speeds. It will take 14-21 days or more to ship to Europe and within the United States depending on the complexity of your order. It might take more days to ship to other locations.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order right from the moment you place the order to when you should expect the order to arrive at your door step. Do you offer expedited shipping?

What should I do if my package was damaged?

If you realize that your package was damaged during the shipment ad delivery process, immediately contact us through email. We will take up the matter and work with you to ensure that the damaged glasses are replaced.
